Southeast Welcomes New Career
Center Management Team

Workforce Solutions Southeast Texas announces C2 Global Professional Services,
LLC as the new organization responsible for management and career center
operations. C2 Global was awarded the contract after evaluation of their
bid response. The company will be responsible for successful delivery of
Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) services to individuals and
businesses in Southeast Texas through the 4 local centers.
C2 Global was founded by Chakib Chehadi, president and CEO, who has more
than 25 years of experience in workforce and economic development, including
serving as workforce board executive director in San Antonio, Texas. Since 2010,
the company has received several awards from the Texas Workforce Commission in
recognition of creating successful business/workforce partnerships and producing
outstanding performance results for other board areas in the state.

engagement, performance, and overall operations", stated Mary Hammon, executive
director, Workforce Solutions Southeast Texas.
As the operational entity for Southeast Texas workforce, C2 Global has committed to expanding
solutions for employers and increasing the number of businesses utilizing workforce services.
The Workforce Career Centers will continue to deliver high-quality services including value-added
customer assessment, tailored service planning, and work-based training opportunities. Barbetta Womack,
managing director, stated, "We are very excited to have Workforce Solutions Southeast Texas on our team.

Greg Steward will serve as the Deputy Director for the organization. Dana Willis is assigned as manager
at the Port Arthur Workforce Center. Machelle LeDoux is the Orange Workforce Center manager, and Melissa
Carter, Beaumont Workforce Center manager, will also be responsible for the Hardin County satellite in
