Workforce Connects: Sharing Solutions Dream Center of Southeast Texas
Sharing Solutions a quarterly meeting, by Workforce Solutions Southeast Texas, was
held at the Dream Center of Southeast Texas. This quarterly meeting brings together
community-based organizations to exchange resources and explore ways to support
individuals and families across the region.
The Dream Center of Southeast Texas offers a variety of services, including a food
and clothing pantry, and is home to the S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Program, a transformative 12-month
residential recovery program. Designed for individuals aged 18 and older, the program
provides support for those struggling with substance abuse or other life-controlling
challenges. It focuses on physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being through
structured environments, work therapy, and curriculum-based recovery and life skills
training.
The program also offers opportunities for continued growth beyond the initial phase.
Participants may engage in vocational training and job placement efforts, with options
for transitional housing to help clients achieve long-term stability.
