New Board Members in Southeast Texas
The Southeast Texas workforce board introduces two of its newest members:
Natalie Thompson, Beaumont Refinery Mechanical Manager, ExxonMobil Fuels & Lubricants, will
represent Private sector - Large on the board. Thompson received her Bachelors'
degree in Engineering from the Royal Military College of Canada and has worked
as an aerospace engineer. Her career with ExxonMobil includes positions as an
Inspector, Department Manager, and Turnaround & Maintenance Advisor. She holds
a professional engineering designation and Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
Stacey Nichols is currently the Human Resources Mill Learning Leader for International
Paper in Orange, Texas. She is a graduate of Lamar University in Beaumont,
Texas and has also received her Masters of Education in Counseling and Development.
Her background experience includes teaching, staff development, school counselor,
and assessment coordinator. Nichols will represent Private sector - large, Orange
County, on the workforce board.
The board welcomes new members, Thompson and Nichols, and looks forward to incorporating their
experience and expertise to workforce development for Southeast Texas.
