Workforce Solutions Recognizes Top Employers in Southeast Texas |
Workforce Solutions Southeast Texas proudly recognized six employers at the 2025 Employer of the Year Awards,
presented during the August Board Meeting. This annual recognition highlights businesses whose leadership
and commitment continue to strengthen both the workforce and the communities we serve.
The 2025 award recipients have distinguished themselves through innovation, employee investment, and community
involvement. Their contributions extend beyond their own organization opening doors for job seekers, creating training
opportunities, and supporting long-term economic growth throughout the region.
Each honoree was recognized for their unique contributions, from creating career pathways and investing in training to
fostering inclusive workplaces and advancing community initiatives. Their efforts demonstrate the difference employers can
make when they prioritize people, progress, and partnership.The event featured Texas Workforce Commission Commissioner Representing
Labor, Alberto Trevino III, as keynote speaker. Commissioner Treviño emphasized the important role employers play in shaping a strong and competitive workforce.
