The “Chat” feature on setworks.org, our Virtual One Stop Job Shop, has been updated! Users can
now just click on the “Ask Live!” green button and be connected to Regional Solutions staff. Staffers
can assist “chatters” with job searches, updating WorkInTexas.com applications, changing
passwords, and general questions regarding Workforce Solutions services.
Employers and businesses can chat regarding posting jobs openings, checking the status of
current postings, or be connected to Employer Solutions and Business Solutions Consultants for
more detailed assistance.
The chat feature is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
